Returns and exchanges

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", buyers of our store have the right to exchange or return goods purchased from us within the first 14 days after purchase.

Please note that, according to Section II, Article No. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", only new goods that have not been used and have no traces of use: scratches, chips, abrasions are subject to exchange or return.


And also must be saved:
- full set of goods;
- integrity and all components of the packaging: labels (stickers), seals, factory marking, box - must not be torn or have scratches;
- Check or invoice


That is, you have the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one if the product does not satisfy you in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose. The exchange of a product of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, labels, as well as the product receipt issued to the consumer together with the sold product have been preserved.


Exchange or return of goods is carried out upon prior agreement with your manager. If you are not in Kyiv, you can send us the goods back, having previously informed the manager of the reason for the return and the method of sending.


If it is necessary to check the quality of the goods, an examination may be conducted, during which the fact of compliance with the operating conditions and warranty conditions, as well as the authenticity of the facts set forth in the Application, is established. The maximum period for checking the quality of the goods in accordance with clause 6 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" is up to 14 days.


The parcel must contain:
- a written statement stating your requirements addressed to the store director;
- the product (and all its accessories);
- goods receipt


Attention! Before sending the goods for return or exchange, be sure to contact the manager!
When returning money for goods, settlements with the buyer are made based on the cost of the goods at the time of their purchase. The money is returned to the buyer on the day the relevant claim is submitted, and if it is impossible to return the money on this day - at another time agreed upon by the parties, but no later than within 7 days.
